      道义型集体行动作为基于伦理责任的道德实践未能被经济理性所充分解释,以个体逐利为前提假设的研究进路忽视了集体成员的相互责任与公共道德。中国式现代化打破了西方理性主义的禁锢,在“人人有责、人人尽责、人人享有”的治理共同体中,成员依据“内外有别”与“扶危济困”的原则,在道义圈不同层次选择性地履行伦理责任,出于利他动机达成集体行动。随着国家责任扩展和社会流动加剧,道义型集体行动在发展型公共品领域式微,在保障型公共品领域尚存。对集体意识的维护有助于整合现代治理资源和伦理责任观念,保护乡村秩序免于陷入理性牢笼。本文通过提炼集体行动逻辑的理想类型,在理论上观照了社会合作秩序中的义利之辨,在实践上回应了乡村治理现代化进程中农民主体性何以维系的议题。
英文摘要:
      Moral collective action, as a normative practice grounded in ethical duty, cannot be adequately explained by the economic rationality. Thus, studies predicated on rational self-interest fundamentally neglect the mutual responsibilities and public morals among collective members. Chinese modernization has deconstructed the epistemological monopoly of western modernity. In a social governance community where everyone has responsibilities, fulfills duties, and shares benefits, Members enact relational duties according to the principles of "distinction between insiders and outsiders" and "helping those in need", through discretionary fulfillment of normative obligations across stratified spheres of solidarity, achieving collective action out of altruistic motives. With the expansion of state responsibility and intensified social mobility, moral collective action declines in developmental public goods yet persists in security-oriented public goods. Cultivating collective consciousness facilitates the integration of modern governance resources and ethical commitments, thereby shielding rural order from the encroachment of instrumental rationality. Consecountly, this study theoretically interrogates the righteousness-profit distinction in social cooperation orders by employing an ideal-typical framework of collective action logics, while practically engaging with the enduring question of sustaining peasant agency amid modernizing rural governance.
