      农地流转是推进农业规模化经营,促进农业增效和实现农民增收的重要途径。中国农地流转市场一直以来呈现典型的“人格化”交易特征,但随着新型农业经营主体的崛起及迅速发展,农地流转市场交易特征是否依然如此,值得深入讨论。本文以CRRS2020和2022年地块数据为基础,采用双向固定效应模型实证检验了流转对象对农地流转市场交易特征的影响。结果显示:中国农地流转市场交易表现出“亲农户、远主体”的特征。具体表现为,那些将土地流转给普通农户的地块比那些流转给新型农业经营主体的地块更少约定租期、更少签订书面协议、更少收取租金。机制分析表明,农地流转前流转双方认识会强化这种效应,而从平台组织处获取流转信息、村集体统一流转会弱化这种效应,即农地流转市场依然表现出“人格化”交易韧性,但也受“交易成本”大小影响。据此,未来需加大农地流转中介平台建设,发挥中介组织作用,降低农地流转交易成本。

      The transfer of agricultural land is an important way to promote the large-scale operation of agriculture, increase the efficiency of agriculture and increase the income of farmers. China's agricultural land transfer market has always been characterized by a typical "personalization", but with the rise and rapid development of new agricultural management entities, it is worth discussing whether the transaction characteristics of the agricultural land transfer market are still the same. This paper empirically examines the impact of transfer candidates on the transaction characteristics of the agricultural land transfer market using a two-way fixed-effects model based on the plot data of farmers in CRRS 2020 and 2022. The results show that the transaction characteristics of China's agricultural land transfer market are characterized by "close to farmers and far from new agricultural management subjects". Specifically, those who transferred land to ordinary farmers agreed less on the lease period, signed fewer written agreements, and collected less rent than those who transferred land to new agricultural management entities. Mechanism analysis shows that knowing each other before the transfer of agricultural land will strengthen this effect, while obtaining transfer information from the platform organization, the village collective unified transfer will weaken this effect, i.e., the market for transfer of agricultural land still shows the "personification" transaction toughness, but also affected by the "transaction cost" size. Accordingly, the future need to increase the construction of land transfer intermediary platform, play the role of land transfer intermediary, reduce the transaction costs of agricultural land transfer.
