Rural policy is an effective guarantee to promote farmers' income and prosperity, comprehensively promote rural revitalization and achieve common prosperity. At present, there are still some chaotic phenomena and urgent problems to be solved in the implementation process of the policies to benefit farmers, and the effect of policy implementation has to be further improved. This paper starts from the perspective of farmers' subjective status, based on the feasible ability and empowerment theory, through the in-depth research on two cooperatives with different formation modes in Xiangxi, Hunan, we analyse the influence mechanism of the differences in farmers' subjective status on the implementation of policies to benefit the rural areas in different cooperatives in terms of the dimensions of the factors of farmers' subjective status such as the ability to participate, the power to participate, and the ability to lead, respectively. The study found that: the information transmission method of the co-operative policy affects the cultivation of farmers' participation ability, which is the precondition for the effective implementation of the policy to benefit farmers; the management system of the co-operative and the participation of the members affect the safeguard of farmers' participation power, which is the main hand of the implementation of the policy to benefit farmers; and the economic benefit of the co-operative affects the formation of the farmers' leadership ability, which is an important measure for the sustainable development of the policy to benefit farmers. Therefore, it is necessary to give full play to the subjective position of farmers, so that the policy of flavouring agriculture is no longer "suspended", effectively landed and vigorously implemented, thus truly realizing the purpose of flavouring and benefiting agriculture. |
