| 我国城乡养老服务普遍面临供需错配问题，给养老服务体系建设带来挑战。在SERVQUAL模型基础上提出农村养老服务需求响应分析框架，并对当前农村眼高服务供给的需求响应情况进行了分析。农村养老需求与农村老年人的养老需要存在一定程度的差异，农村老年人的养老需要不必然转化为养老服务需求。现有养老公共服务、养老产业和社区养老等现有养老服务供给在需求响应上存在问题。要在养老公共服务、养老服务业、社区互助养老和县域养老服务体系上着手，提升农村养老服务的响应范围、响应程度、响应质量和动态响应。 |

| Elderly care services in urban and rural China generally face the problem of mismatch of supply-demand, which challenges to the construction of the elderly care service system. Based on the SERVQUAL model, a demand response analysis framework for rural elderly care services is proposed, and the current demand response situation of rural eye care service supply is analyzed.The needs and demands differs and the needs of elderly care services for rural elderly people do not necessarily translate into demands. Existing public services, elderly industry, and community elderly care services are unable to respond well to the demands of rural elderly people. Efforts should be made to improve the response scope, degree, quality, and dynamic response of rural elderly care services in the areas of public elderly care services, elderly care service industry, community mutual assistance elderly care, and county-level elderly care service systems. |
