| 文章从广东省顺德区女性参与基层治理的实践路径研究出发,从理论层面厘清基层治理的基本内涵和女性参与基层治理的重要意义、参与现状与普遍困境;结合顺德发展实际,探讨地方社会背景下女性参与基层治理的成效与困境,尤其关注女性组织———妇联对于女性参与治理的凝聚与引领作用,并在此基础上,探讨基层治理多元主体对女性参与基层治理的促进与推动。以组织引领和多元推进作为两个方向,讨论女性参与基层治理的有效路径。 |

| This paper starts from the practice path of women’s participation in grassroots governance in Shunde District of Guangdong Province, and clarifies the basic connotation of grassroots governance and the significance of women’s participation in grassroots governance, participation status and common predicament at the theoretical level. Combining the actual development of Shunde, this paper explores the effectiveness and predicament of women’s participation in grassroots governance under the local social background. In particular, it pays attention to the cohesive and leading role of women’s organizations in women’s participation in governance, and on this basis, it explores the promotion of women’s participation in grass roots governance through the multi-subjects of grassroots governance. With organizational leadership and multi-pronged advancement as two directions, we discuss the effective path of women’s participation in grassroots governance. |
