| 邻里和睦,乡风文明,是乡村振兴的重要一环。 本文对农村建房过程中的邻里纠纷问题进行分析,探讨民俗信仰对乡村治理的挑战,发现“高人一头冶民俗信仰所代表的符号象征和社会期望是造成建房中邻里纠纷的文化根源,农村社会结构变迁所造成的利益冲突则为“高人一头”纠纷的产生创造了条件,要解决这一纠纷必须将民俗信仰、观念与社会主义法治秩序相协调,并加强农村社会组织和基层政权建设。 |

| Keeping harmony with neighbors and realizing rural custom civilization are important tasks of the rural revitalization. This paper analyzes some problems of neighborhood dispute in the process of building houses in rural areas, and then probes into folk beliefs that challenge the rural social governance. It turns out that symbols and social expectations represented by the folk belief of “higher than others”(Gaorenyitou) is the cultural gene of the neighborhood dispute in house building; additionally, the conflict of interests caused by the change of social structure in the countryside nurtures “Gaorenyitou” belief. In order to solve this dispute, we must coordinate the relationship among folk belief, value, and socialist law and order; simultaneously, strengthen the construction of rural social organizations and the grass-roots powers. |
