| 基于贵州肇兴侗寨旅游产业帮扶的扎根分析，精准帮扶可以有效促进少数民族村寨的社会治理。对于通过旅游产业推动精准帮扶来实现社会治理的民族村寨而言，政府、农户、产业、社区、游客五个因素，任何一个因素在帮扶过程中，一旦出现问题，就有可能导致矛盾纠纷不利于社会治理。这些问题包括：政策操作难度（政府因素）、农户自身问题（农户因素）、不同发展基础（产业因素）、管理方法不足（社区因素）、不当游览行为（游客因素）。有针对性地构建基于精准帮扶的社会治理路径，需要综合考虑转变方式、扶贫反思、全局平衡、尊重理解、治安管理五个方面。 |

| Based on the grounded analysis of Zhaoxing Dong Village tourism industry help in Guizhou province, the author finds that accurate help can promote the social governance in ethnic minority villages. According to the minority village which the tourism industry help to accelerate to realize the social governance by pushing the accurate help, the government, farmers, industry, community, tourists five factors, any one can lead to the social conflicts and disputes which is not conducive to social governance when the problems are happened in the process of accurate help. These problems include: the difficulty of policy operation (government factor), the farmer''s own problems (farmers factor), different development foundation (industry factor), management method (community factor) and improper behavior (tourists factor). Based on the conclusions of the study, the author puts forward the following five aspects to build a social governance path based on accurate help: transformation mode, poverty alleviation reflection, overall balance, respect for understanding and public security management. |
