Its outstanding feature is based on the "large data of poverty alleviation", the comprehensive use three mechanisms or three kinds of resources, which are the government, market and social, to exert the advantages of politics and institutions and combined with the comprehensively deepening reform, systematically improve the endogenous development momentum of poor areas, poor communities and poor people. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), under the guidance of Xi Jinping''s strategy of poverty alleviation and development,the national poverty alleviation and governance system has undergone intensive adjustmentin the terms of the ability of information extraction, political security and institutional support, integrated responsiveness, resource mobilization, and policy enforcement and other aspects have significantly improved.
