| 基于Wirth-Redfield 模型以江苏省镇江市平昌新城为例,将农民集中居住区视作一种乡土—都市连续统的特殊地域社会类型,从公共空间和社区意识两个维度考察该地域社会类型都市性嵌入与乡土性嬗变的实践逻辑。 首先,公共空间结构转型,一方面社区公共空间的营造使得社会交往趋于公共化且打破了基于地缘关系的社会互动模式,实现基于村庄认同社会互动到基于社区认同社会互动的转型;另一方面社会认同转型在改变乡土世界运作规则的同时也使得后乡土中国的农民公私观念发生微妙变化。 其次,社区意识悄然崛起,一方面社区环境商品化增强社区归属感和家园意识;同时,房屋产权明晰化使得业主身份建构成为可能;另一方面通过社区基层组织与村组织有机融合引导村干部逐步向社区干部过渡,干部管理社区化既是社区治理体系现代化转型的主要议题也是重构社区组织认同结构的必要路径。 最后,Wirth-Redfield 模型视角下的乡村都市化不仅仅是人口聚居模式和社会样态的显性变化,更是一场隐形的文化转型,其核心是要告别乡土社会实现一种新型的城乡文明关系。 |

| Based on Wirth Redfield model in Zhenjiang city of Jiangsu Province, Pingchang city as an example, the farmers concentrated residential areas as a special type of local regional social urban continuum, investigation practice logic of the regional social embeddedness and local types of urban evolution from the two dimensions of public space and community awareness. First, the transformation of public space, public space to create a community of the social public tends to and breaking the social interaction model of geopolitical relations based on social interaction to achieve village identity transfor-mation of community identity based on social interaction; on the other hand, the social identity transformation also makes changes in the local world rules at the same time after operation the local farmers China subtle changes in the sense of pub-lic and private. Secondly, community awareness rising, a community commercial environment to enhance the sense of com-munity and home consciousness; at the same time, the housing property rights makes it possible to construct the identity of the owners; on the other hand, through community -based organizations and village organizations to guide the organic inte-gration of the village cadres gradually transition to the community cadres, cadres management community is the necessary path of community governance the main issue is the modernization of the system transformation and reconstruction of commu-nity organization identity structure.
