| 中国社会工作发展正处于社会工作普适化和本土化的十字路口。本文分析了南非在反思殖民主义的社会治疗模式的基础上，以社会发展视角重新建构本土化的发展性社会工作的专业使命、理论知识、干预策略、技能与价值体系等策略。最后，文章提出了在建构立足中国本土的发展性社会工作时，应以社会发展定位专业使命，整合扶贫与社会发展，联动发展性社会福利政策，开发多重社会工作干预模式，创新社会福利的多元治理，创新社会服务提供的治理机制，教育科研体系的去殖民化以及行动研究进行社会工作理论和实务的创新等策略。 |

| In China the development of social work is facing a cross road of universalization and indigenization. This article analyzed how South Africa reflected from the lessons of colonialism to reform the social treatment model of social work. While adoption a social development perspective, the indigenization of social work resulted in a systemic overhaul of professional mandate, theories, intervention strategies competence and values. Finally, the article gave light on the indigenization strategies of Chinese social work through a social development perspective, including re-definition of the mandate of social work, the integration between poverty reduction and social development, coherency between social welfare policy and social work practice, multiple intervention strategies, pluralistic welfare partnership, participatory and democratic governance in social service delivery, de-colonization in education and research, and action research in innovating social work theories and practices. |
