| 在互联网金融时代，众筹与传统农业结合起来成为农业融资发展的新途径。农业众筹是指发起人利用互联网平台发布农业项目，向社会公众筹集资金帮助农业项目开展，并给予筹资人某种回报的运作模式。农业众筹在聚集人气和资金方面有巨大优势，同时能极大地包容各类众筹对象、发起人和筹资人，是农业项目融资的有效途径。当前我国综合类农业众筹平台的农产品众筹蓬勃发展，未来还有可能在农业机械等方面展开众筹。目前由于法律制度限制，我国的农业股权众筹并不发达，也不存在真正的土地众筹，但是根据最新的政策风向和法律修正趋势，农业股权众筹和土地众筹迎来了发展的契机，未来有可能得到大力发展。 |

| In an era of online financing, crowdfunding, combined with traditional agriculture, has become a new way to finance agriculture. Agriculture crowdfunding is defined as a model works in this way: to facilitate the implement of the agricultural project, the sponsor posts a project online to raise fund from the public ; investors of such project, on the other hand, will be repaid in some way. As a highly efficient way of raising fund for agriculture, this model has advantages in gathering attention and capital, and is open to various types of objectives, sponsors and fund raisers. Now the agriculture crowdfunding for products are fast growing on the integrated agriculture platform and there will be crowdfunding for agricultural machinery. However, because of the limitations of law, the agriculture crowdfunding for equity has not been fully developed,and there is no authentic land crowdfunding in China . In despite of that, the latest potential changes in policies and laws may bring changes to them which implies development opportunities may be coming. |
