| 基于安徽省299家农民专业合作社的观察样本,在绩效定义的基础上,利用因子分析法与SUR模型测度和分析了合作社的绩效及其影响因素,并检视了我国农民专业合作社的发展路径。研究表明,监督与制衡机制一定程度上能提升农民专业合作社普通社员的收入绩效,合作社理事长在促进合作社交易绩效方面具有重要作用,但在增强合作社社会绩效方面的作用有待挖掘和提升,由于具有较强的环境适用性和组织结构弹性,股权集中化程度高、理事会规模小的合作社反而各类绩效水平较高。这表明,以股权集中化、成员异质化等为特征的合作社发展路径在“绩效”层面上具有合理性和必然性,要改变和纠正股权集中度高、社员异质性强必然意味着利益侵占这一认识误区。 |

| Based on the 299 observed samples about Anhui Province farmer Specialized cooperatives, we used Factor Analysis and SUR model to measure the performance and its determinants. In addition, we discussed the development path of cooperatives in the last part fully. And we found that supervision and balance mechanism can enhance ordinary members" level of income performance in some extent. Presidents"SfunctionSonSenhancing the cooperatives’ socialSperformance need to be dug and promoted. Because of the environmental adaptability and the elasticity of organizational structure, cooperatives which have the characteristics of highly concentrated stock ownership and small size of the board of administration perform better than others at all levels unexpectedly. These indicate that Farmer Specialized Cooperatives with characteristics equity concentration and heterogeneity of members and the like is reasonable and inevitable on the aspect of "performance". Thus, the awareness strong heterogeneity of members and highly concentrated stock ownership lead to interest expropriation inevitably need to change. |
