| 随着我国现代农业和规模农业的推进，资本农场作为新兴的农业经营主体逐渐活跃。本文以四川省葛村资本农场中的实地研究为例，通过对农场劳动组织与管理过程的分析，强调指出资本农场对农业雇工的劳动与社会再生产的控制与剥夺。面对资本农场强制性的劳动分工、生产环节的拆分、生产知识的宰制等劳动组织方式，农业雇工被异化为企业生产律条下的附属品，逐渐丧失其生产生活中的自主性；同时，农民社会中的劳动伦理与道义掩盖了劳动过程中资本对劳动力的剥夺，使其所遭遇的异化和剥夺进一步强化。通过对资本农场中农业雇工生产过程的剖析，本文对现代农业和以资本化、规模化为主导的农业经营模式进行了反思。 |

| Since the promotion of modern agriculture and scaled agriculture, capitalist farms are increasingly prospering as the rising entity in agriculture operation. Based on field study on one capitalist farm in Ge village of Sichuan province, this paper analyzed labor organizing and management in the capitalist farm and highlighted its control and exploitation on the production and social reproduction of wage labors. Under the means of labor organizing in the farm, including mandatory labor division, split of production chains, domination of productive knowledge and skills and etc, wage labor are alienated to subordinates to production discipline and have lost their autonomy in production and daily life. Meanwhile, the traditional labor ethics and moralities in peasant society have to some extent covered the exploitation from capital, and further strengthened the alienation for wage labor. Through the analysis on labor process of wage labor in capitalist farm, the paper also provides reflection on modern agriculture and scale and capital oriented mode of agricultural production. |
