| 自费孝通提出“小城镇，大问题”的观点以来，小城镇建设受到学界的广泛关注。近年来，小城镇建设发展较快，已成为推动我国城镇化进程的强大动力。在中央和地方各级政府的大力主导下，Y示范区作为全国唯一的农业示范区,自1997年成立以来，其城镇化发展迅猛，城镇化率从1997年的28%增至2013年的58%，超过了全国城镇化的平均水平。本文以费孝通的小城镇建设思想为理论参照，探究政府主导下Y示范区城镇化发展的独特模式，重点从微观层面了解城镇化过程中农民这一核心主体的主观感受和情感体验，剖析Y示范区小城镇建设中存在的困境，以期为其他地区小城镇建设提供有益参考。 |

| Since Fei Hsiao-Tung put forward the viewpoint of “small town, big problem”, the construction of small town has attracted more and more attention in academic circles. In recently years, the construction of small towns in China achieved rapid development, has become a strong driving force to promote China's urbanization process. Under the strongly dominated of the central and local levels of government, since its inception demonstration zone is the only agricultural demonstration zone, it’s urbanization process has rapid development, it’s urbanization rate has increased to 58% in 2013 from 28% in 1997.In this paper, by Fei Hsiao-Tung 's thoughts as the theoretical basis of construction of small towns, the author wants to research the unique patterns and deficiencies in the development of small town in Y Demonstration Area, and from the micro level, mainly focuses on the subjective experience and emotional experience of farmers in the process of the urbanization ,and finally provide a useful reference for the construction of small towns in other areas. |
