| 金融排斥问题是当前世界大多数国家面临的共同难题，破解中国农村金融排斥难题需要先弄清楚金融排斥的程度及其影响因素。在分析中国农村金融排斥基本情况的基础上，利用灰色关联聚类法对农村金融排斥的衡量指标进行了归并，构造出农村金融排斥衡量指标体系和金融排斥指数；对中国农村金融排斥的地域差异进行了测度。结果显示中国农村金融排斥存在显著的地域差异，不同的影响因素对金融排斥的影响程度和方向是不一样的，这些结果对缓解金融排斥程度有重要意义 |

| Financial exclusion is a common problem for most countries. To solve this problem，the extent of financial exclusion and influential factors must be scientifically measured at first．This paper constructs the index system of financial exclusion and the index of financial exclusion. Based on this methodology and provincial data，every province's financial exclusion index is analyzed．Empirical results reveal that the extent of financial exclusion of the provinces is generally large and that regional differences are substantial，It’s significant for these results to alleviate financial exclusion |
