| 随着农村土地股份合作改革的推进，妇女个体的合法权益屡屡遭到剥夺。从女性主义视角来看，“农嫁女”的合法土地权利受侵，属于公共行政管理问题，而非单一的妇女问题。它不仅侵害了妇女的合法权利和身心健康，也对国家推行城乡一体化改革形成强大阻力。明确并完善农村集体组织成员资格的界定标准和操作规则，保障弱势妇女群体参与村民自治，强化推行性别平等的村规民约修订，弱化农村传统的社会性别偏好，有助于应对这一问题。 |

| In the process of rural land stock cooperation reform, women’s land rights have often been expropriated. With a feminist perspective, this paper points out, the expropriation of uxorilocally married women’s land rights, is a public administration issue, not a women's issue. It not only infringed women’s legal rights, harmed women's physical and mental health, but also hampered the national urban-rural integration reform. It is proposed to clarify membership standards of the rural collective organization and operating rules, to ensure vulnerable women’s participation in village self-governance, to correct gender inequality in village rules, weakening the rural traditional male-preferences. |
