| 农民专业合作社的组织运作需要追求效率性与合法性的同时实现，合作社大农通过政治性与商业性社会资本汲取外部资源与信息获取合作社的效率性，通过合作社内部社会资本整合获取合作社所需的合法性。合作社组织运作各类型间的动态演化体现了效率性与合法性及其实现机制的交替与转换，但效率性与合法性实现机制的顺利转换需要严格条件。大农领办型合作社不必然漂移于合作社的质性规定，否定合作社基本功能，关键在于大农在追求组织效率性的同时兼顾合作社的合法性，并建构效率性与合法性的转换机制，在更高的层次上构筑这两者之间的均衡。 |

| Operation of cooperative organizations pursues simultaneous realization of efficiency mechanism and legality mechanism. Big-scale farmers absorb external resources and information via political and commercial social capital to achieve efficiency mechanism. Through integration of social capital within the cooperatives, legality mechanism is acquired. Dynamic evolution of various operating types reflects alternation and transformation between efficiency mechanism and legality mechanism, while smooth transformation between the two mechanisms needs stringent conditions. Big-scale farmer oriented cooperatives inevitably violate and reject functions that cooperatives’ essential stipulation requires. The key lies in that when big-scale farmers pursue the efficiency mechanism, they should in the meantime seek after the legality mechanism to construct balance between the two at a higher level. |
