| 珠江三角洲的稻田养鸭生态模式有着深远的历史传统,明代以来珠江三角洲地区形成了经典的稻田养鸭模式。传统的养鸭模式有一套特殊的技术体系,施行先进的人工孵化技术、饲养特定的鸭品种,根据水稻生长情况和稻田害虫发生规律分批放鸭群,养鸭在除虫的同时又起到中耕除草的作用。明代以来珠江三角洲地区利用专业的鸭船进行规模化的养殖,同时还形成了利于稻田养鸭模式的地方社会制度。 |

| There is a profound historical tradition in the ecological model of Feeding ducks in the paddy field in the Pearl River Delta. The classic model of Feeding ducks in the paddy field had formed since the Ming Dynasty formed in the Pearl River Delta region. The traditional model has a special duck-feeding technological system, taking advantage of advanced artificial incubation techniques, breeding specific duck species such as Zhongshanmaya, taking the professional duck boat to get the large-scale farming. Ducks were fed in the paddy field according to the growth of rice and pests, and ducks was used for biological control of pest at the same time playing the role of weeds cultivator. Therefore the social system called Yabu is conducted to suit the duck mode in the paddy wetlands area. Pearl River Delta region had a large number of river wetlands and paddy wetlands in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, these habitats had provided the plenty habitat for the classic duck pattern. |
