| 随着中国步入老龄社会发展阶段,如何更好地发展老龄事业成为摆在我国面前的一个前所未有而又迫切需要解决的现实课题。本文根据社会组织的社会性这一思路,在借鉴传统“礼俗社会”影响的基础上对农村老年协会的作用进行分析,并以此从逻辑上探究“礼俗社会”对农村老年协会建设的原动力价值。鉴于乡土社会“礼俗性”的重要特征,文章注意到农村老年协会作用的实现是建立在中国乡土社会基础之上的,且农村老年协会的作用又有正负之分。文章就是尝试在费孝通先生规范的礼俗社会角度下,探讨当代中国农村老年协会的作用问题,并藉以阐述农村礼俗社会传统对农村老年协会运行的重要影响,以探寻农村老年协会建设的新思路。 |

| With China entered the aging stage of social development, how to become a better development of the cause of aging in front of an unprecedented and urgent need to address the practical issue.
