| 马背上的法庭》展现了一种地方性法治路径，即法律的地方性理解。地方性法治的特征在于法治的“地方性”，强调法治在地方社会的变通性、灵活性运用。法律适用者在坚持实质的国家法律高位阶的前提下，根据地方社会可以接受、能够理解的前提下对法律作技术性修剪，在必要时融入一些地方性知识，实现法律在地方社会的转化式运用。地方性法治命题对农村法治实践提供了可借鉴的思路、对策和方法。 |

| court on horseback show us a path to local ruling of law，that is Local understanding of the law .Characteristics of a local rule of law is the local rule of law，which emphasis the flexibility of using of law in local community。Law applier edits law technically according to the acceptance of local community and when necessary integrate some local knowledge to the law to transform law to use in local place on the premise that insist on the highest level of national law .local rule of law provide a useful ideas, strategies and methods for the practice of rural ruling. |
