| 通过对江苏农村老年人的实地调查，研究发现，由家人照料依然是农村老年人获得照料服务的主流愿望，但也有部分农村老年人对社会养老服务存有需求意愿，这一比例达22.2%。社会养老服务内容主要集中在生活照料、精神慰藉、医疗护理、文化娱乐四项。另外，农村老年人的社会养老服务需求意愿主要受年龄、慢性病状况、个人年收入、空巢居住和儿子数五个因素的影响。政策启示有：从农村地区实际出发，科学制定农村养老服务体系规划；结合农村老年人的需求特征，正确引导农村社会养老服务的资源配置和功能定位；以农村老年人需求为导向，合理安排社会养老服务的具体内容。 |

| Abstract: By the survey of Jiangsu rural elderly, it shows that living at home cared by family members is still the main willingness for the rural elderly, but some rural elderly entities to the society old-age service, this proportion is 22.2%. Service content mainly concentrates in the life care, spiritual comfort, health care, culture and entertainment. Demand of the social old-age service mainly is affected by age, chronic conditions, personal income, empty nest and the number of sons. Policy implications are as follows: plan rural social old-age service system from the rural areas; According to the demand characteristics of the rural elderly, correctly guide the rural social old-age service resource configuration and function orientation; Guided by the demands of the rural elderly, arrange of the specific content of social old-age service. |
