中文摘要:

北京市民公共文明研究是中国民族性研究的行动化。从2005年至2011年间开展的追踪调查显示，北京市民的公共文明水平在总体上经历了倍增至小幅持续提升的变化。北京市民的公共文明呈现出四个特点，分别是心理尺度与评价结果的高度相关、行为主体性的凸显、评价曲线的近正态分布与“趋中”性，以及公共卫生行为与公共秩序行为的欠文明“问题”积重难返。在流动加剧和城市化率不断提高的社会变迁时期，公共文明研究为城市管理的政策制度完善提供了理论滋养，为中国民族性及其变迁研究的未来发展开辟出一个方向。

英文摘要:

Analysis on public civilization of Beijing citizens is the development of action-orientation of Chinese Characteristics research. It is witnessed a change from a jump to slow growth of public civilization index during 2005 to 2011.The change of Beijing citizen’s public civilization has shown four characteristics, respectively is the psychological scale and evaluation results are highly correlated, consciousness of actors is becoming, evaluation curve is near normal distribution and the "central tendency”, and "problems" in public health and public order behavior is still difficult to solve with. In the period of the city rate increasing, public action civilization research provides theoretical nutrient for policy system of city management, creates a direction for the future development of Chinese Characteristics research.
