| 行动研究是为了促进改变。从行动研究产生至今，已经发展为科学技术的行动研究、实践取向的行动研究和批判解放的行动研究三种主要的流派。台湾辅仁大学夏林清教授在台湾实践和推动的行动研究，是在其导师Donald Sch?n《反映的实践者》的基础上，转承了实践取向和批判解放的行动研究学派，在台湾30多年的实践中给予丰富和发展，活化了行动研究，尤其对“改变”有了更深刻的解释。她强调一个行动者的行动研究应该根植于自己的历史和情景脉络中，承接历史和前人的资粮，从中寻找改变的方向和行动的动力。强调他山之石只有立基于自己的历史和实践中才能发挥作用。 |

| Action research has developed itself into three main schools in academia since its birth: technical action research, practice-oriented action research and critical/emancipatory action research. The action research promoted by Professor Lin-Ching Hsia of Taiwan Fu Jen Catholic University is based on The Reflective Practioner by her mentor Donald Sch?n. Professor Hsia’s action research is an inheritance of critical/emancipatory action research and has been practiced for over 30 years in Taiwan. It emphasizes: action research is to make changes; action research conducted by practitioners is the core; it is about how to be deeply rooted in their own history and context and how to inherit previous merits so as to discover the direction of change and motivation for action; a theory can work only when it is based on our own history and practice. |
