| :In order to explore the contradiction between the vigorous development of the industrial management of agriculture which has taken "Company & Farmer" alliance as the main body and weak income growth of Chinese farmers, this paper analyses why farmers cannot benefit from this alliance from three perspectives including the scale of rural family business , joint benefit mechanism and the strength of the leading enterprises. Moreover, based on the investigation data of the leading agricultural enterprises and farmers from Jiangxi Province, authors believe there are three main reasons causing these problems. To be specific, the rural hollowing phenomenon, making women and the elderly to be the main producer, causes the size of rural family-run business too small; also, farmers and the company do not have the equal position in the alliance which causes that farmers is difficult to participate in the distribution of profits of processing industry for agricultural products and sales; agriculture leading enterprise is generally small that survival pressure already make they are busy enough with one's own affairs, even if having a heart but they have no strength let a large number of farmers to participate to the distribution of limit profits. |
