| “资本进村”成为当前村庄发展的主流模式，不可控的“资本进村”将带来村社利益格局的剧烈变动，对乡村治理造成危害。以“村社理性”为实践原则发展模式能够使村社共同体成为应对“资本进村”的保护机制。通过皖北两村的比较可知，在以村社理性为主导的发展模式下，村庄共同体利益能够最大化地得以保持，免受资本与国家的过度攫取，发展过程最节省交易成本，发展利益也能在社区内最大化，发展模式成本最低 |

| “Capital Inflow in Village” has become a general pattern in village development currently, and uncontrollable “Capital Inflow in Village” might bring about dramatic changes to the rural community interest pattern and hereby endanger the rural governance. For that reason, the “Rural Community Rationality”, based on rural community-dominated development, should become the principle of practice to respond to the fact of “Capital Inflow in Village”. Based on the comparison of two villages in North Anhui Province, under the rural community-dominated development pattern, the interests of the rural formation could be preserved to the maximum extent and protected from the excessive capture by both capital and state. Process development could minimize the transactional cost, and the development benefit could be maximized in the community as well at the lowest cost under the development pattern. |
