农村地权嵌入村庄社会关系并被其形塑。在阶层分化越来越明显的当前农村,地权已深深地镶嵌进了农村阶层关系之中,阶层而非个体、家庭抑或家族作为行动者的交互作用及动机、价值取向影响着农村的地权意识。地权的社区共识被地权的阶层共识取代,使不同阶层在处置村庄土地时发生地权冲突。在这个过程中,秉持不同地权诉诸原则的阶层的利益关系、社会关系、力量对比关系、政治博弈关系以及它们的变动,都影响着地权在不同阶层间的配置及其不稳定性,地权由此深深地烙上了阶层关系的属性。地权在本质上反映的是附着在土地上的“阶层与阶层之间的关系冶。被烙上阶层关系属性的地权的冲突,其实质是阶层之间的冲突。

英文摘要:

Rural land rights embedded in the village social relationship and also shaped by them. In the present, the class differentiation of rural areas becomes increasingly evident, the land rights have been deeply embedded into the hierarchical relationship of rural China. Moreover, the class rather than the individual, the family or the clan as the actors interaction and motivation, value orientation affect the awareness of the rural land rights. The community consensus of land rights have been replaced by the class consensus of land rights, so that the land ownership conflicts occurred between different classes. In this process, the relations of interests, social, the correlation of forces and the political game among the classes who up hold the different demands of land rights, have affected the configuration of the land rights among the different classes, and land rights thus deeply branded on the properties of the class relations. In essence, land rights reflect the “relationship among the classes冶. The land rights conflicts which branded hierarchical relationship property are the conflicts among classes in essence.
