| 文章基于江苏省的调查数据，分析了新型农村社会养老保险的农民参与行为与缴费标准选择的影响因素。研究结果表明，苏北、苏中和苏南参保率均在80%以上，参保率较高；农民参保缴费出现一定的梯次，苏北地区农民普遍选择较低缴费，而苏南地区农民选择较高缴费的较多。Probit计量检验显示，年龄较大者参加新农保的概率较高；家庭承包地面积的多少与是否参保显著正相关，现阶段土地难以承载农民的未来养老保障功能；农民对新农保政策的了解程度越高，其参保的概率越高。Ordered Probit模型结果显示，年龄、家庭人均年收入与农民参保缴费呈现正相关关系，家庭承包地面积、土地流转情况在苏北地区对农民的缴费选择也存在一定的影响。 |

| Based on the survey data of Jiangsu Province, this paper empirical analyzed the influencing factors of farmers’ participating behavior and payment options of new rural social endowment insurance. The results show that the participating insurance rates of northern, middle and southern Jiangsu Province are more than 80%, which is relatively high. The farmers’ participating and paying behavior exhibit a certain echelon. Farmers from southern Jiangsu chose a higher payment than farmers from northern Jiangsu area. The data collected by Probit measurement test shows that the older farmers have a higher probability of participating new rural social endowment insurance. The household contract area has a significant positive correlation with farmers participating behavior. At this stage land is difficult to carry the farmers’ future endowment insurance function. The farmers will have a higher probability of participating insurance, if they’ve already understood related policy better. The Ordered Probit model results show that age and the family annual per-capita income have positive correlation with farmers participating behavior. In northern Jiangsu, the household contract area and land transfer situation also have a certain influence on the farmers’ payment options |
