| 本文通过对河北省杨乡高速公路临时征地中两个个案抗争过程的比较研究，发现抗争者的身份特征、所处环境、抗争动机和表达形式的不同，影响着他们在抗争过程中的遭遇与抗争利益的获取。在此基础上，本文试图通过分析农民内部抗争者之间存在的差异及其面临的共同的外部结构压力，探讨当前中国农民对于抗争的认知与农民抗争的实质，揭示农民抗争面临的困境。 |

| By making the comparison on two typical peasants who protest against land grabbing which is conducted by government for the highway construction in Hebei Province, authors found differences such as gender, social status, contesting motivation and patterns contributed to distinct experiences and achievements during the rights protection course. Based on this, authors tried to explore the (dis)similarities of the peasants who show in the resistance, in order to make a further analyze on the purposes for which contemporary Chinese peasants struggle to fight, and reveals the dilemma which current peasants’ have to face. |
