| 目前学界对农民抗争的解读，观点林立、侧重不一，虽相互补充但又不尽全面，并带有陷入细
节化争论的倾向，这就需要从更为宏观的视角梳理已有的研究。文章结合转型时期既有传统存续又有
现代变迁的经济、社会和文化特征，强调是国家的转型和行为变迁、基层权力变化/村庄权威与秩序转
变，以及农民逻辑和行为的演变，共同塑造了所谓的转型时期农民抗争的特点，以此构造了“转型抗争”
的概念，从宏观的视角探讨动态性和多元化的抗争的缘起、内容、目的和手段，以便统揽已有的经验研
究，更好地理解近阶段的农民抗争。这一概念有助于在结合中国本土的文化传统、政治传统与经验事实
的过程中，更加清晰地把握和理解农民抗争的发展、现状与未来走向 |
| 英文摘要: |
| There are multiple interpretations of peasants' resistance with different emphases and disunity of the viewpoints，
which are mutual supplement but not comprehensive． Some scholars relevant have a tendency to be bogged down in narrow
debates． Hence，it's necessary to systematically sorting out the current studies from one more macroscopic perspective．
Based on the both traditional and modern characteristics of economic，social and cultural realms during the transition period，
this paper emphasizes that it's national transformation and the state's behavior，the change of village order and authority，
and the evolution of peasants' logic and behavior that would together shape the features of peasants' resistance during the
transition period． The conceptual structure of transitional resistance could help to discuss the dynamic and multivariate origin，
contents，and ends and means of resistance from a macroscopic perspective so as to do favor of understanding the inconsistent
views． This concept，when combined with cultural and political traditions and empirical facts，would help us to
see the processes，the current situation and the trends of peasants' resistance thoroughly and comprehensively． |
