| 随着包括中国在内的许多新兴经济体的资本走出国门，世界开始转入多中心的资本主义世
界体系。走出去的中国资本与东道主的“外围国家”产生文化遭遇与互动，进而突显出新型的海外资本
扩张模式，并重塑着全球商业制度和资本主义体系。文章基于对一家中资农业企业在坦桑尼亚的田野
观察，从制度结构、动态关系及工作价值观等三个维度，深入分析了作为混合文化载体的中方人员与当
地员工产生文化会通融合的机制。最后还对话国际学术研究文献，超越“本土”与“西方”二元视野，就
全球资本扩张中的文化会通融合以及中国海外资本扩张中的文化自觉两个方面展开讨论。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Along with the increasing flow of the foreign direct investment ( FDI) from the emerging economies ( like China)
，the polycentric world system with the coexistence of various forms of capitalism began to be shaped gradually． The
study on cultural encounter and crossvergence in the development of Chinese FDI is one of the key focuses to explore the
process and nature of overseas expansion of the global capitalism particularly originating from the emerging economies，
which reshapes the global business regime and capitalism system． The paper sheds light on three aspects based on a field
study on one of Chinese agribusinesses in Tanzania，that is，the system structure，the interaction between Chinese managers
and the local employee，and the work value． The paper makes two reflections in the end related to the international literatures，
respectively，the crossvergence study beyond local and western dualism，and cultural identity in the internationalization
of Chinese capital． |
