| 随着农村教育布局调整等政策的实施，农村教育问题一直饱受争议。对于农村教育存在什
么问题、产生这些问题的原因是什么，作为工作在农村教育第一线的农村教师有着他们独特的认识和思
考。2011 年3 月和2012 年7 月，中国农业大学人文与发展学院两次组织召开了“农村教育政策研讨
会”，参会者为23 名来自全国5 个省、14 所农村中小学校的教师。他们从不同角度对农村教育问题进行
了讨论。在这两次研讨会的基础上，文章从农村教师的视角总结了农村教育中的教育资源不均衡与流
失问题、布局调整带来的农村上学成本剧增和交通安全问题、素质教育与应试教育的博弈、职业教育、教
育管理行政化及教师的压力等问题，并提出了农村教育领域值得关注的一些研究主题。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Along with the implementation of rural school mapping policy，rural education has been the controversially debated
topic． As real practitioners，rural school teachers have their unique views on the current existed problems and reasons
behind． In March 2011 and July 2012，the College of Humanities and Development Studies of China Agricultural University
organized two workshops on the topic of rural education policies． 23 teachers，as participants，were from 14 rural schools of
5 provinces． They discussed the related issues from their own perspectives． Based on their discussions，this paper summarized
rural education issues，such as unbalanced distribution of education resource，cost increase and transportation security
resulted from rural school mapping，the game between exam-oriented and quality-oriented education，vocational education，
bureaucratization of rural education management，psychological pressures on rural school teachers and so forth． It also put
forward a series of potential research themes at last． |
