宗教权威是指教会与外部组织的互动和博弈能力及其与内部成员的沟通和动员能力，不同类型的教会其建构与表达宗教权威的路径有所不同。文章从“宗教权威”这一概念出发，在借鉴韦伯权威理论和实地调研的基础上，从基督教会所属类型及其具备的不同特征出发，将基督教会建构宗教权威的路径分为传统型、自主型和魅力型3 种类型，并分别选取个案加以阐释，可望对解释中国宗教发展与社会和谐之间的关系有所裨益。

英文摘要:

Religious authority refers to the interactions and games between churches and external organizations，as well as the ability to communicate and mobilize their internal members． Each type of churches has its own constructional pathway of religious authority． This study comes from the concept of religious authority and furthermore on the basis of Max Weber＇s theory of authority and our field research，authors argue that the constructing routes of religious authority can be divided into three types as traditional authority，autonomous authority and charisma authority due to the different types and traits of the Christian Churches． Also，authors select some cases to elaborate accordingly． There is no doubt this study is helpful for explaining the relationship between religious development and social harmony in China
