| 在人类学中，经纪人泛指在两个单位之间进行调解并从中介活动中获益的行动者。政治人
类学与发展领域的人类学学者先后对经纪人的角色和功能给予关注。文章首先从经纪人存在的社会基
础、权力体系与经纪人的关系、经纪人的企业家精神等方面回顾政治人类学有关经纪人的研究; 而后从
发展经纪人的理论基础，其存在的结构性支撑、主要功能以及发展经纪人与其他行动者的特殊能力和策
略等方面回顾人类学家有关发展经纪人的研究成果。在此基础上，对人类学经纪人研究在我国的应用
予以简要分析与展望。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| The word‘broker' refers to an active mediator between two social units who benefits from this mediation in anthropology．
Studies on political anthropology and development anthropology both pay much attention on the functions of
brokerage． This article first reviews the studies of broker on political anthropology，involving social roots of the political broker，
the relationship between the brokers and the various power systems， the entrepreneurial aspects of brokerage activities．
It also reviews the studies of broker on development anthropology，involving the theoretical? basis，the main function of development
brokerage，specific competences and strategies of development brokers and other actors． Finally，the author analyzes
the future of the broker studies in anthropology in China． |
