| From the early 1990s, many international Non-governmental organizations (INGO) as “outsiders” entered China, which has opened gradually. In recent years, the domestic academic field were also getting more and more interesting to the international NGO research and got much achievements, but many of those are limited in describing the PRA and work domains of INGO; some focus on appraising the supplement function, to the Chinese government poverty relief, as well as some scholars pay attention to cooperation mechanism between international NGO and government from the theoretic level, however, the processes of “the admission” and “the operation” for INGO were ignored by some researchers. Based on the author’s working experiences in an INGO, this article is precisely examined the “admission” and “operation” process .The author found, how INGO is controlled by the indigenous knowledge step by step from “the fund owner's” to the status of “passiveness” and “dependency” finally, and made the development projects distorted. |
