| 文章从地方社会视域中反思国家政权建设实践的区域差异，指出国家政权建设应突破单向
度的国家进入-地方回应框架，实现国家性力量与社区性力量的均衡。通过对不同区域基层治理状况的
分析可以发现，当下我国基层治理表现出均衡与失衡两种治理型式，均衡型治理存在于宗族力量较强或
村民小组完备的地区，缺乏上述社区性力量的地区则陷入治理失衡的困境。这些差异的存在要求国家
政权建设应摆脱国家/社会二元对立的单向思维，选择统一又有区别的建设路径，实现乡村社会的善治
与稳定 |

| This article presents the reflection on regional differences of state power construction practice under the endemic
perspective，points out that we should break through the country entered deeming local response framework，realize national
strength and community power balance． Through the analysis of different regional grassroots governance condition can be
found，the current grassroots governance showed two management type of equilibrium and imbalances balanced types． Balanced
governance exist in families with more powerful force or villager group complete area，lack of the above community
power is the imbalance of the region into governance predicament． These differences require state power construction should
be free from national /social binary one-way thinking，choose the constructive paths of unity and difference，realizing good
governance and stability of the rural society． |
