| 许多研究表明，随着家庭结构、家庭权力与代际交换逻辑等的变迁，孝道不断失落，进而使农
村老人在获取养老保障时处于不利地位。本文以洪湖渔村老年协会为调查对象，重点关注老年协会在
农村养老保障方面的地位与功能。认为孝道失落并非孝道文化的全面崩溃，而主要在于孝道的组织依
托遭受到重大的冲击。而洪湖渔村老年协会的成立与实践，证明可以通过组织建设的方式来复兴孝道，
改善农村老人的养老保障状况。 |

| Many studies show that: With the family structure， family power and family intergenerational logic changes，filial
piety loss continued，and thus made the old-age security in rural at a disadvantage． This thesis based on survey in Hong-
Hu fishing village elderly associations，focusing on the elderly associations' position and function for old-age security in rural
． Loss of filial piety does not mean the total collapse of filial culture，but mainly due to the filial piety organization damages．
The elderly associations' set up and practice in HongHu fishing village ，prove that with the renaissance of filial piety
organizations，the old-age security status in rural could be improved |
