于发展中国家，特别是对于非洲国家应该具有一定的参考意义。文章将从农业发展的历史和基础、农业
政策体系、小农生产模式和农业生产力等四个方面来讨论非洲从中国农业发展中学习的潜力、技术以及
政治经济社会等方面的可行性。在一个内部情况千差万别的大陆，成功地学习中国农业发展的经验，需
要像中国在漫长的历史岁月中所做的那样，加以鉴别性的引进和适应性的改造。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Agricultural developments are based on small-scale agricultural production model in China and most African
countries． The Experience of agricultural development in China should be learned by other developing countries，especially
by African． This paper attempts to discuss these issues based on the comparative study of agricultural development in China
and Africa． It discusses the potential for Africa to learn from China from the differences in agricultural development histories，
the agricultural policy systems in China and Africa; small-scale agricultural production model and agricultural technologies．
With diverse internal situations in the continent，in order to successfully learn from China's experience in agricultural
development Africa should carefully identify and make changes to China's experience in order to adapt to local situations;
just as China has done throughout its long process． |
