自20 世纪60 年代以来新闻报刊上有大量介绍中非农业合作的报道，但鲜有学术分析和总结，这与不断蓬勃发展的中非农业合作实践不相符合。文章通过对50 多年中非农业合作发展历程不同阶段特点的分析，以为中非农业合作经历了从早期单一的、单向的、无偿的农业援助，到20 世纪80 年代初开始强调双向受益、合作共赢的机制，再到21 世纪中非合作论坛之后合作方式多样化、合作内容广泛化、合作渠道机制化、合作主体多元化的过程。这一过程表明中非农业合作的理念和方式并非僵化和一成不变的，而是随着国内发展政策、国际发展环境和非洲各国发展需求的变化而变化的历史选择，它是个动态的“边干边学”的探索过程。

英文摘要:

There are numerous news stories and reports on China-Africa Agricultural cooperation stemming from the 1960s， but few scholarly studies and analyses have been done on the endeavor． The paper will trace the history of China-Africa Agricultural cooperation，and analyze the features of different phases． It clarifies three stages in the evolution，from one way of technical aid during the 1950s-1970s to the mutual benefit cooperation with the enterprises in the center of the stage since the 1980s，and then to the comprehensive cooperation since the Forum on China Africa Cooperation being initiated in the new century． It concludes the modalities of the China-Africa Agricultural Cooperation has never been static，but full of dynamics and complexity in accordance with the needs arising from the context of China's domestic development，international development，as well as the Africa countries' development．
