在市场经济条件下,“三农冶问题中的农民增收问题也需要市场化的解决手段。借鉴国际经验,文章认为期货市场是促进农民增收的重要渠道,但是我国农民不具备直接进入期货市场的条件,需要中介机构的参与;并通过分析当前我国期货市场促进农民增收的几种间接模式,提出了改进和完善这些模式的建议。

英文摘要:

Under the marketing economy system, raising farmer s'income also needs a liberalized path. Referring to current international experiences, this paper points out that the futures market is important to raise the farmer's income, however, Chinese farmers do not possess the capabilities to trade the futures products themselves. Thus, the participation of agents involved is needed. By analyzing several patterns that how the futures markets to boost the farmer's income indirectly, the paper also provides some suggestions in the end.
