流多元化、业务专业化、组织系统化、会员网络化和公众参与社会化等一系列特点。本文论述了科技社
团在国际合作中所面临的来自外部环境挑战和机构内部存在的问题,提出了科技社团需要考虑的对策
包括建立宏观战略和具体方案。推动中国科技社团的国际交流与合作,有利于提高科技社团在国际舞
台上的地位,为提高我国整体软实力作出贡献。 |

| The rapid development of the modern technological revolution has immensely promoted the growth of China's sci-
tech associations. Profound transformation has taken place especially in the field of their international cooperation. Due to
the wide application of IT and Internet technology, the patterns of international collaboration of sci-tech associations have
shown some new characteristics: diversified communication, professionalized business, systematized organisation, networking membership and socialized public participation, etc. This article discusses the problems that sci-tech associations will
face in international collaboration, including both challenges from external environments and internal organizational problems. The article also proposes some solutions which sci-tech associations should consider, including the establishment of
macro strategies and concrete programs. The advancement of international exchanges and cooperation of Chinese sci-tech as-sociations will be beneficiary for their promotion in the international arena, and contribute to the improvement of the soft
power of China. |
