| 发展农业社会化是确保家庭经营能够在社会化大生产条件下延续发展的关键因素, 也是转
变农业发展方式的重要途径。文章基于对中国农业社会化发展潜力的细化分析, 认为其具有巨大的发
展潜力与发展空间, 发展路径在于逐步建立健全农业社会化服务体系。具体改革方向包括:对公益性供
给主体进行改革重构, 对市场化供给主体进行规范引导, 对民间性供给主体给予政策扶持。 |

| The development of agricultural socialization is not only the key factor to ensure the sustainable development of
small-scale household operation under the conditions of mass socialized production, but also an important way to transform
the mode of Chin's agricultural development. Based on the detailed analysis of the potential of China's agricultural socialization, this paper insists that China's agricultural socialization have a significant potential. Also the pathway lies in gradually establishing and improving the socialized service system for agriculture. Specific directions of reform including: reform
and reconstruct for the public provider, regulation and guidance for the marketed provider, and policy support for the civil
provider. |
