述,即一方面要以民族最高利益为考量做出最终的决策,另一方面要提供某种社会正义的前提。文章认
为,韦伯的国家观不仅建立在民族或文化的概念之上,也不仅强调了国家垄断暴力手段的强制性方面,
而且建立在一个历史演进的视角之上,即现代资本主义所带来的自由、独立、创新等经济心态和道德规
范,以及志愿性的社会组织原则,从而在韦伯有关国家与经济发展的论述中提出了“社会冶这一层次,为
进一步建立韦伯的国家社会学或者有关国家经济政策的某种政治经济学提供了理论的起点。 |

| According to Max Weber's economic history, the rise of rational state is an important part of the historical
process of western capitalism. Focusing on his political as well as sociological writings, this article investigates the functions
of modern state, i. e. , to make decisions on behalf of national interest, with social justice be taken into considerations. In
contrast to the label of “nationalist冶attached to Weber, this article argues, Weber's theory of modern state bases not only
on nation or culture, but also on western capitalism, especially its economic mentality, morality and voluntary organizational principle, thus modern society as a general structure of human groups supports and defines the functions of states. |
