农业劳动力是影响农业生产的首要因素。文章在实地调研基础上, 描述了农业劳动力的现状及其对农业的影响。研究发现, 农业劳动力女性化和老龄化趋势严重, 依靠妇女和老年人对土地的感情难以维持农业生产的可持续发展;而由此导致的农业粗放经营、复种指数降低和撂荒现象, 成为我国农业安全的潜在威胁。认为, 为解决上述问题需在全社会形成关心农业、尊重农民的社会氛围, 并建议国家启动“农业后继者培训工程” , 培养大批新型的职业农民, 从而为中国现代农业的发展奠定劳动力基础。

英文摘要:

Agricultural labor force is the primitive factor to impact agricultural production. Based on the field study, the article describes the status of the agricultural labor force and its influences to agriculture. The finding suggests that it is unsustainable for agricultural production to depend on the women's and the olds'deep feeling to the farmland. Due to feminization and aging trend of the agricultural labor force, the extensive farming, the decline of multiple cropping indexes and the abandoned the vast areas of abandoned land are becoming the potential threats to the safety of China's agriculture. In order to solve problems above, the article argues that we should focus on cultivating the social atmosphere of caring agriculture and respecting peasants. The author also suggests that government should establish the “Agricultural Project of Nurturing Follow-up Farms”by training the new-style professional farmers, so that the modern agriculture can cope with the current shortage of agricultural labor force.
