灾难的仪式化建构是权力和其他政治势力为其合法性立言和进行社会动员的有效手段。所以, 灾难发生的地点以及灾难发生之前与之后的时间可以被视为一个场域, 它不仅为各种政治与非政治势力与组织提供特定的社会与政治的话语空间, 而且还可以成为政治资源为不同势力所利用。在这个空间里, 权力与传媒之间的共谋将直接对日后有关灾难的记忆产生影响。呈现在这种共谋语境中的历史记忆, 难以全面、如实地反映客观真实的历史瞬间。

英文摘要:

Rites practiced in or after disaster too kplace is a powerful way that the power and other politica lforces like to take for pushing forward their political legitimacy and social movement.The time, before or after, and the place a disaster happened could be treated as a field, in which different political and non-political organizations and forces have a space for their particular discourse. Disast erevents could therefore provide different agencies political resources. Much of the historical memory about the disasters cannot truly reflect what really came about in a disaster because the power and the media are working with one another, telling stories only about benevolent facet of the state.
