| Theimplementationof“TheStateScholarshipStudyAbroadProgramforGraduateStudies”(SSSAP)isanimportantstrategytotrainlong＆
medium-termhighlevelprofessionalsforChina.Throughanempiricalstudyconductedtothe
applicantsforSSSAPattheuniversitiesofagricultureandforestry, weexaminedtheperceptionandattitudeoftherespondentstotheProgram,
thegoalsofstudyingabroad, trainingmodels, supervisors' attitudeandroleintheirstudents' applicationprocess,
