| 语言是文化的载体, 语言接触的实质是文化的接触。随着英语在世界范围内的普及, 许多非
英语国家对本国通用语和传统文化的未来发展表示出不同程度的担忧。文章试图通过对我国九省和直
辖市的下辖市、县、区涉及多个行业和不同社会与文化层次的人群就现阶段我国汉语与外语关系问题的
认识的调查, 利用社会语言学中语言帝国主义理论、语言资源论和语言多样性等理论, 透析全球性英语
热现象背后的文化根源及其后果。同时指出在现阶段我国应充分利用经济快速发展的优势, 借助英语
的工具作用和资源特征, 进一步提升我国在国际社会中的地位和影响, 同时积极传播和光大汉语及中国
传统文化, 以实现世界语言和文化的多样性, 避免世界文化的进一步趋同。 |
