| 中国农村的数字鸿沟问题不仅体现在“城乡之间” , 而且也深刻地体现在“乡乡之间” 。文章
从社会结构的视角来探讨中国农村数字鸿沟问题, 并特别关注不同村庄结构条件下数字鸿沟形成的实
践过程和机制。“传统村庄”和“工业化村庄”代表了中国农村社会结构的两种典范类型, 并成为我们探
讨“村庄之间”数字鸿沟的基本范例。本研究将不同主体在“占有” ICTs产品上所形成的鸿沟视为“初级
鸿沟”, 将不同主体在“使用”ICTs产品过程中所形成的鸿沟视为“次级鸿沟”, 并认为占有和使用上所形
成的鸿沟在实践过程中呈现为一种“相互再生产”的效应。笔者最后指出, 作为一种“移动网络”的手机
或许将成为未来信息技术整合的首要载体, 并成为化解数字鸿沟的有效利器 |

| Inthisarticle, theauthorexploredruralChina' sdigitaldivideproblem fromasocialstructureperspective, especiallyregardingthepracticalprocessandmechanismofthedigitaldivideformingindifferentvillagestructures.
TraditionalvillageandindustrializedvillagerepresentedtwotypesofruralChina'
ssocialstructure, whichprovidedagoodcasefor
studyingthedigitaldividebetweendifferenttypesofvillages.Theauthorconsideredthegapformedinpossessinginformationandcommunicationtechnologies(
ICTs)astheprimarydivide, andtookthegapformedinusingICTsasthesecondary
divide.Moreover, a“ mutualreproduction” effectexistedbetweenthedividesformedinthecourseofpossessingandusing
ICTs.Finallytheauthorpointedoutthatcellphones, asamobilenetwork, wouldbecomethefirstcarrieroftheintegration
ofthefutureinformationtechnologyandaneffectiveagentweaponhelpedbridgingthedigitaldivide. |
