| 处于转型期的中国农村社会, 农民就医过程中的关系资本运作成为一种普遍的社会现象,
呈现出一种集体无意识和包容的状态。关系资本运作为农民就医行动带来了实际功效, 表现为就医流
程“方便化”、医患沟通“去紧张化” 、就医成本“节约化”以及就医效果“满意化”等方面。农民就医过程
中的关系资本运作是行动个体试图从其生活世界出发, 通过病人— 医生关系“拟熟人化”, 将匿名承诺
转化为当面承诺, 从而实现其医疗利益的策略性行动。 |
