| 中国改革开放30年来, 在经济发展、社会进步的同时, 城市化的进展并不顺利, 贫富差距进
一步加大, 这种情况与户口制度没有根本改变有直接的关系。文章提出, 与计划经济时期比较, 现在的
户口制度已经有着实质的不同, 不再是社会主义公有制内部的分配手段, 而是体现了不同社会集团之间
的利益矛盾和冲突, 并造成了社会的巨大裂痕。改革户口制度出发点应当是考虑在市场经济条件下如
何体现平等原则、实现劳动的主体地位、实现社会和谐。 |

| Duringthese30-yearofChinasreformandopeningup, ourcountryhasmadeahugeprogressineconomicdevelopmentandothersocialaspects.
However, westillneedtorealizethattheurbanizationdegreeislowandthegapbetweentherichandthepoorgetbiggerandbigger.
Theauthorconsideredthatalltheseissuesabovehadadirectrelationship
withtheunchangedHukousystem.Comparedwiththeplannedeconomyperiod, theauthorthoughtthecurrentaccountsystemwastotallydifferent,
thatistosayitwasnotoneofthedistributionmeansexistedintheSocialistpublicownershipany
more;itmainlyembodiedtheinterestscontradictionsandconflictsamongdifferentstakeholdersandcreatedhugesocial
rift.Hence, theauthorpointedoutthatthereform ofHukousystemshouldbeginwithhowtorealizetheequalprinciple,
thedominantpositionoflaborandsocialharmonyunderthepresentmarketeconomybackground. |
