| 幸福快乐作为一种积极的主观情感体验来源和存在于人所现实拥有的生活、工作、精神三
个世界, 每个人的幸福与痛苦大抵与其生存的这三个世界的结构、质量与功能有关。人应当追求和拥有
完整和谐的三个良好世界, 这样才享有全面的幸福和圆满的人生。但现实的人生往往是有缺陷的:或者
生活世界不美满, 或者工作世界不如意, 或者精神世界有缺憾。缺陷也可以衍生积极效应与幸福体验。
通过采取转移替代、人际建构、调节欲求、升华精神等行动策略, 个体可以实现趋乐避苦获得幸福快乐。
由此观点分析当今中国农村妇女自杀率偏高现象可以发现, 一个重要原因就在于其生存世界不健全、不
完善, 生活世界的狭小、工作世界的缺失和精神世界的贫乏使得她们缺少趋乐避苦的界内利用资源与界
际转移支持, 更缺少化解矛盾、创造幸福的精神力量。 |

| Asakindofpositivesubjectemotionalexperience, thehappinessderivesfromandexitsinthethreeworldsthat
thehumanpracticallyhave— lifeworld, workworldandspiritualworld.Thehappinessandpainofeveryonemostlyareconnectedwiththestructures,
naturesandfunctionsofthethreeworlds.Thehumanshouldpursueandpossesstheintactand
harmoniousthreeworldsandafterwardsenjoythehappylife.Buttherearealwaysimperfectionsinhumanlife— thelife
worldmaybenothappy;ortheworkworldmaybenotasonewish;orthespiritualworldmaybeconfused.However, the
imperfectionscouldcreatepositiveeffectandhappyexperiences.Throughactionstrategiessuchasdisplacement, interpersonalconstruction,
adjustingofdesire, spiritualenhancementandthelike, thehumancouldobtainpleasuresandhappiness.
ThiscanbeusedfortheexplanationforthehighrateofChineseruralwomen. |
